Rental Coordinator


Basic Role:      To manage the rental component for the center on evenings and weekends and to ensure that the front desk is covered during those times. To ensure that the facility is ready for renters and is cleaned up and secure following events.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Manages building usage on weekends and evenings.
  • Establishes and maintains rental contracts, both long term and for each event
  • Schedules front desk coverage for evening and weekends as needed.
  • Ensures appropriate set up and clean up for events, both rentals and assisting with agency events.
  • Keep rental schedule and front desk schedule monthly and distributes to front desk and Center Director.
  • Communicates regularly with Billing Clerk and Center Director regarding rental and building usage and fees.
  • Abides by the JCYS Employee Handbook.
  • Maintains professional relationships with parents and other staff members.
  • Assists Center Director with other duties as needed. 


QUALIFICATIONS:    Must have a HS Diploma or GED with experience working in customer service

                                    College coursework or degree and management experience preferred.
